Countdown to London, June 4, 2007

Today I started making a list of the things I have to do before I leave. Here are some of them:

• get a root canal
• go to the doctor's for some minor medications
• set up the children's activities for the two weeks I'll be away
• buy two pairs of shoes (bought one this evening after work)
• figure out clothing for the trip
• change the moving date into my new house with movers, electric, gas and phone companies
• get kids' check-ups and shots
• pack up all my belongings for the move that will happen in my absence

And so on and so forth. :-)

I have been carefully reading the syllabus that was emailed to us for the class in London. There are several links to blogs, full-text articles and web sites that we are to look at and read before we leave. Tomorrow I am going to start adding links to this blog, to keep track of my resources, and to keep track of what I'm reading.
